EcoFlow South Africa Black Friday 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration

The Black Friday Email Subscription Event runs from 3 November 2025, 9:00 AM (SAST) to 9 November 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST).

The EcoFlow Black Friday Sale runs from 10 November 2025, 9:00 AM (SAST) to 1 December 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST).

EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or terminate the campaign for valid reasons (such as technical errors, stock issues, or force majeure) where legally permissible. Customers will be informed in advance whenever possible.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or above residing in South Africa as of 3 November 2025.

3. Availability

Offers are valid exclusively on za.ecoflow.com.

Purchases made on other websites, third-party marketplaces, or retail channels are not eligible.

4. Subscription Rewards (Preheat Event)

Subscription Period: 3 November 2025, 9:00 AM (SAST) – 9 November 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST)

Subscribers will receive email notifications on 10 November 2025, by 12:00 PM (SAST) regarding unlocked rewards.

By subscribing, participants agree to receive EcoFlow marketing emails related to Black Friday promotions and future updates, in compliance with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.

Rewards Milestones:

- 200 Subscribers Reached: All email subscribers receive a FREE Portable Folding Cup with orders over R3,999, valid from 10 November 2025, 9:00 AM (SAST) to 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST). The gift is limited to one per customer and will be automatically added to eligible orders when logged in.

- 800 Subscribers Reached: All email subscribers receive an R1,000 OFF coupon for orders over R15,999, valid from 10 November 2025, 9:00 AM (SAST) to 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST). Coupon codes will be sent via email.

- 1,800 Subscribers Reached: One (1) subscriber will be randomly selected to win a RIVER 3 UPS. The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days (by 19 November 2025) and must redeem the prize by 31 December 2025. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

All subscription rewards are stackable once milestones are reached.

5. Member Tiered Discounts

During the Black Friday Sale, EcoFlow members can unlock extra savings on top of all other discounts. When you’re logged into your EcoFlow account, the discount is applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.

- Spend R9,999 or more → get R300 off

- Spend R19,999 or more → get R800 off

- Spend R39,999 or more → get R2,000 off

These member discounts can be combined with other Black Friday offers such as product markdowns, coupon codes, and flash-sale deals. Each logged-in member can enjoy the automatic savings once per qualifying order during the Black Friday Sale.

6. Flash Sale Rounds

There will be three (3) Flash Sale rounds during the campaign:

- 14 November 2025, 9:00 AM – 16 November 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST)

- 21 November 2025, 9:00 AM – 23 November 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST)

- 28 November 2025, 9:00 AM – 1 December 2025, 11:59 PM (SAST)

Please note:

- Flash Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

- Flash Sale items and discounts may change or be cancelled at EcoFlow’s discretion due to stock availability or technical reasons.

7. Multiple EcoCredits

During the campaign, customers earn multiplied EcoCredits on member purchases:

- Standard Members: 2× EcoCredits. (earn 2 EcoCredits for every R20 spent)

- PLUS Members: 3× EcoCredits. (earn 3 EcoCredits for every R20 spent)Please note:

- EcoCredits are automatically credited to the customer’s EcoFlow account within 7 days of the completed purchase.

- Accumulated EcoCredits may qualify customers for PLUS membership benefits.

- EcoCredits are subject to EcoFlow Membership Program Terms & Conditions.

- EcoCredits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be revoked in cases of refund or cancellation.

Please Note:

- Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email used to place the order.

- If a customer hasn’t registered yet, they can sign up for a free account.

- If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

8. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
- EcoFlow South Africa offers a 30-Day Price Match Guarantee on all qualifying purchases made on za.ecoflow.com during the Black Friday Sale Period (10 November 2025, 9:00 AM – 1 December 2025, 11:59 PM SAST).
- If you find a lower price for the same product on za.ecoflow.com or any other official EcoFlow sales channel operated by EcoFlow within South Africa within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a price match.
- The product must be identical in SKU, specifications, and bundle composition, and the lower price must be publicly available on an official EcoFlow South Africa channel at the time of your claim.
- The 30-day period is calculated from the order date.
- Requests must be submitted by the original purchaser to support.za@ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date, including the order number and proof of the lower price.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, products purchased using additional coupon codes or loyalty credits, or products purchased outside of South Africa.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to verify all claims and decline requests that do not meet these criteria.
- EcoFlow may modify, suspend, or terminate the 30-Day Price Match Guarantee at its discretion where legally permissible.

9. Complimentary EcoFlow Bag
The first 30 customers who purchase a qualifying EcoFlow RIVER 3 (10 ms UPS) Portable Power Station or its bundles during the campaign period will receive one (1) complimentary EcoFlow Bag (valued at R999).
- The complimentary bag will be automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout.
- Offer is valid while stock lasts and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each eligible order is limited to one complimentary bag.
- The gift cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to substitute the bag with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

General Conditions

- All offers are available only while supplies last.

- If an order is canceled or returned, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke any associated discount, EcoCredits, or free gift.

- Promotions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be applied retroactively to past purchases.

- The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

- Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.

- Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at www.za.ecoflow.com.

- If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase is also returned.

- All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

- The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made: contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion, or coupon; not in compliance with our Terms of Use; in violation of applicable law; or where we believe the transaction is fraudulent or made through improper channels.

- There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

- EcoFlow is not responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions relating to pricing, product information, or availability.

- EcoFlow reserves the final right of interpretation for this campaign.
