Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge. Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 15A. Otherwise, reduce the unit charging speed with the AC Charge Speed Switch. EcoFlow takes no responsibilities for any consequences caused by failures to follow instructions, including but not limited to charging with other AC charging cables.

I have bought a Delta2 and portable PV panel bundle more than a week ago. I have received an email the following day confirming my bundle has been handed over to the courier. A few days later only the portable PV panel was delivered. I tried to follow up via the email address provided as I was concerned that my entire order has not been delivered. I only received a generic automated response from Ecoflow. I then tried to contact the courier company who confirmed they would get back to me. I am still waiting for that phone call. I then followed up with Ecoflow again, who assured me they will have the problem solved, and that the Delta 2 will be delivered separately. I have from then followed up with Ecoflow and the courier company daily with zero results. Today marks a week and a day since I have placed my order with NO Delta2 Delivered. It is extremely concerning that buy a product in excess of R35k on an online purchase and you are never sure where your parcel is. I have bought items for R30 online and have been kept informed on the whereabouts of my parcel the entire route. It is shocking that you pay this kind of money, and there is almost ZERO after sales support from Ecoflow! If this is the kind of support given just to get the parcel delivered then I have major concerns with technical support in the future. I am on the brink of cancelling my order and buying from a supplier that actually cares about their customers and do not merely rely on the name of the product they sell to keep them in business. Customer retention lies in the relationship you cultivate, not merely in the product.
I had a generator connected to my house , all the plugs the lights , fridges x 2 (one freezer sand up ) and fridge , two Led Tvs 75" and 65 " my wifi and about 60 x 5 watt globes !!!!!!
Here's the magic the Delta pro runs it all and says it gives me about 5 hours of use. I boiled a kettle (3000 watts ) no extra boost the unit handled it while everything else was on , boiled perfectly and afterwards still gave about the same time left . I was concerned about run time and if it could handle the kettle my coffee machine etc but it's fantastic. Im including a pic , this was after the kettle boil and running for 1hour 20 minutes
No mention is make about the make of Ecoflow and secondly no mention is made about time - how many hours will 3600W last for?

RSA Customers should be supplied with adapters.
Seriously consider an alternative to Buffalo carriers.They are not doing good to Ecoflow's reputation
