I bought the Delta 2 Max with 220 bifacial solar panel a week ago. The Delta 2 Max works exactly like promised, but the bifacial solar panel is a huge disappointment. Please don’t put in the advertising that it’s built to last! For a portable solar panel that will be handled by setting it up, moving it around and folding it back up it’s a very poorly designed and constructed panel. I have been very careful setting it up and moving it around, but by the second time trying to adjust the flimsy legs one of the four panels cracked. There’s no dedicated or reinforced area to hold or handle the panel. If I knew the panel are going to be so flimsy I would never have bought it. Ecoflow should really look into the design and construction of this “ built to last “ portable panel.
I’ve got this up and running quickly. I will say that it’s most likely a better unit for traveling. As it is foldable it travels well however that does make it awkward to set up and adjust as the sun moves. I’ve been pleased with the 190 watts I’ve been able to get from it. That’s without setting it up with 100% efficiency ….. doing do is slightly laborious .
I actually have 2 of these. I have not run them together yet.
I really like these for traveling purposes but I think I would rather have solid panels for home.
High quality product that is well thought out. The packaging was great and the panel is exactly as advertised.
Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to experience the bifacial solar panel. As it was damaged during delivery. What I can say regarding the transaction is Ecoflow customer service was wonderful in assisting with the return and refund of this purchase. The 5 stars is for their customer service not the broken panel.
