EcoFlow South Africa — Easter Sales Campaign (April 2026) Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration

The Easter Sales Campaign (“Campaign”) runs from 1 April 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 8 April 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST) (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated.EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign for valid reasons (including but not limited to technical errors, stock constraints, or force majeure) where legally permissible. Where possible, customers will be informed in advance.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or older, residing in South Africa as of 1 April 2026.

3. Availability & Sales Channel

Campaign offers are valid exclusively on za.ecoflow.com. Purchases made through other websites, third-party marketplaces, retailers, or offline channels are not eligible.

4. Benefits Terms

4.1 Spin the Wheel Contest: You are allowed to spin the wheel only once. If you win, your coupon will expire on 14 April, 2026. The coupon is single-use and cannot be combined with other promotions. The R500 OFF coupon is valid only on orders of R9,500 or more. All coupons are subject to the following usage conditions. Limited to one coupon per order. This only applies to customers in South Africa. Additional Notes:- Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email address used to place the order.- If a customer has not registered yet, they may sign up for a free account.- If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.For more information about EcoCredits, please refer to the EcoCredits Program.

4.2 Buy DELTA Series, Get a Free PowerStream

- The free PowerStream is available while stocks last and is limited to one (1) unit per qualifying order.- The free PowerStream is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.- This offer cannot be combined with other coupon codes, EcoCredits deductions, or promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.- If a qualifying order or product is cancelled or returned, the associated free PowerStream must also be returned. If not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.- The PowerStream is provided as a complimentary item and does not extend or modify the warranty terms of the purchased DELTA product.Regulatory & Compliance Notice- Grid-tied installation requires prior approval from your local electricity provider (Eskom or your municipality).- Connecting to the grid without approval may lead to penalties, disconnection, or additional compliance costs.- Installation must be completed by a qualified installer/electrician and supported by a valid CoC.- EcoFlow provides the required product documentation (certifications, test reports, manuals) to support applications.- Approval outcomes depend on local authorities. EcoFlow does not guarantee grid approval or export permission.

4.3 Community Gift Package

- Users who place an order of R5,999 or more through the community exclusive link during the campaign period are eligible to receive a Camping Gift Package, while stocks last.- The Camping Gift Package (worth R1,097) includes one (1) Picnic Blanket, one (1) Camping Light, and one (1) Camping Cup.

- The gift will be automatically added to eligible orders where applicable.- The Subscription Gift cannot be combined with the Buy One Get One Gift offer. If an order qualifies for both promotions, the Subscription Gift will take priority and be fulfilled.

- One (1) gift package per qualifying order, while stocks last.

- The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative products.- If a qualifying order or item is cancelled or returned, the Subscription Gift must also be returned. If not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.

- By subscribing, you agree to receive EcoFlow marketing communications (including emails) about promotions, product updates, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our communications.

General Conditions

- All offers are available only while supplies last.

- If an order is cancelled or returned, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke any associated discount, EcoCredits, or free gift.

- Promotions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be applied retroactively to past purchases.

- Promotional gifts are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.

- Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle customers to more than one promotional gift.

- Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed through the EcoFlow online store at www.za.ecoflow.com.

- If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift is also returned.

- All promotional gifts with purchase are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

- The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on the website, unless otherwise stated.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made: contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion, or coupon; not in compliance with the Terms of Use; in violation of applicable law; or where EcoFlow believes the transaction is fraudulent or made through improper channels.

- Certain orders may not be accepted or may be cancelled at EcoFlow’s sole discretion.

- EcoFlow is not responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions relating to pricing, product information, or availability.

- EcoFlow reserves the final right of interpretation for this Campaign.

- EcoFlow will promote this Campaign via email in compliance with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
