EcoFlow South Africa Mid-Year Sale & DELTA 3 Max Launch – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Duration

The EcoFlow South Africa Mid-Year Sale runs from 5 June 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 25 June 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST).

The DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer runs from 10 June 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 5 July 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST), unless otherwise stated on the product page or campaign page.

EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or terminate the campaign for valid reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, stock issues, pricing errors, operational limitations, or force majeure, where legally permissible. Customers will be informed in advance whenever reasonably possible.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or above residing in South Africa during the campaign period.

Customers may be required to create or log into an EcoFlow account to access selected member benefits, including member gifts and multiple EcoCredits.

This promotion applies to purchases made for personal or business use in South Africa. Resellers, bulk purchasers, or unauthorised commercial buyers may be excluded from selected offers at EcoFlow’s discretion.

3. Availability

Offers are valid exclusively on the EcoFlow South Africa Online Store, unless otherwise stated.

Purchases made on other websites, third-party marketplaces, retail stores, dealer channels, or offline channels are not eligible for this campaign unless EcoFlow expressly confirms otherwise.

All offers are available while stocks last. Product availability, campaign prices, gifts, and promotional benefits may vary by product, SKU, bundle, and campaign period.

4. Mid-Year Sale Discounts

During the Mid-Year Sale, selected products and bundles may be offered at promotional prices.

Where a Mid-Year Sale discount is available, the discount is applied directly to the displayed product price.

Eligible coupon codes or promotional benefits may be used with selected Mid-Year Sale promotional prices where the relevant coupon code or benefit terms allow.

Coupon codes and promotional benefits are not applicable to excluded products or offers, including but not limited to Flash Sale items, new product launch offers, the DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer, or any other products or promotions stated as excluded by EcoFlow.


5. Flash Sale Offers
EcoFlow may offer selected Flash Sale deals during the Mid-Year Sale.

There will be three Flash Sale rounds during the campaign:

- Round 1: Compact Backup & Outdoor Bundle
8 June 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 10 June 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST).

- Round 2: Home & Work Backup Bundle
15 June 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 17 June 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST).

- Round 3: 4x4 & Off-Grid Bundle
22 June 2026, 12:00 AM (SAST) to 25 June 2026, 11:59 PM (SAST).

Flash Sale prices are valid only during the stated Flash Sale period and while stocks last. Flash Sale products, prices, quantities, and campaign periods may vary and may be updated without prior notice where legally permissible.

Flash Sale offers apply only to selected products or bundles displayed as Flash Sale offers on the relevant product page or campaign page.

Flash Sale offers cannot be reserved, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to orders placed before or after the relevant Flash Sale period.

Flash Sale offers are not stackable with any discount code, coupon code, automatic discount, subscription benefit, DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer, DELTA 3 Max Launch Week Deal, or other special promotion, unless expressly stated by EcoFlow.

If a product or bundle is eligible for more than one promotional offer during an overlapping campaign period, only one applicable promotional offer will apply. The applicable offer will be shown on the relevant product page, campaign page, cart, or checkout page.

6. DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer

The DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer applies to selected DELTA 3 Max products and bundles from 5 June 2026 to 5 July 2026, subject to product availability.

The DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer may include special launch pricing, selected product offers, bundle offers, or checkout-applied savings. Eligible products, prices, discount values, and bundle compositions will be displayed on the relevant product page or campaign page.

The DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer is a new product launch promotion. It is not stackable with discount codes, coupon codes, automatic discounts, subscription benefits, Flash Sale offers, or other special promotions, unless expressly stated by EcoFlow.

EcoFlow reserves the right to adjust, limit, replace, or withdraw the DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer due to stock availability, technical issues, pricing errors, or operational reasons where legally permissible.

7. Subscription Benefit

Eligible subscribers may receive R500 off orders over R5,000 during the campaign period.

The subscription benefit applies only to eligible orders placed on the EcoFlow South Africa Online Store and requires the use of a valid subscription coupon code.

The subscription coupon code may be used with selected Mid-Year Sale promotional prices where the coupon terms allow.

The subscription benefit is not applicable to excluded products or offers, including but not limited to Flash Sale items, new product launch offers, the DELTA 3 Max Launch Offer, or any other products or promotions stated as excluded by EcoFlow.

The subscription benefit is not stackable with any other discount code, coupon code, automatic discount, Flash Sale offer, Launch Offer, Launch Week Deal, or special promotion, unless expressly stated by EcoFlow.

By subscribing, customers agree to receive EcoFlow marketing emails related to campaign promotions and future updates, in compliance with applicable South African electronic communications laws. Customers may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Member Gifts

During the campaign, eligible EcoFlow members may receive a promotional gift with qualifying orders, subject to product availability and campaign rules.

Customers must be logged into their EcoFlow account at the time of purchase to qualify for member gifts.

For orders over R16,999, eligible members may choose one gift from the following options: Folding Wagon or Power Hat.

For orders over R6,999, eligible members may choose one gift from the following options: Foldable Water Bottle or Camping Light.

Where an order qualifies for more than one gift tier, only the highest eligible gift tier will apply. For example, an order over R16,999 will qualify for the R16,999 gift tier only and will not receive an additional R6,999 gift.

Each qualifying order is eligible for one promotional gift only, unless otherwise stated by EcoFlow.

Promotional gifts are available while stocks last. If a selected gift becomes unavailable, EcoFlow may offer an alternative gift of similar value or remove the gift benefit from the offer where legally permissible.

Promotional gifts are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted for any other item, credit, or discount unless approved by EcoFlow.

If a customer returns or cancels an order that qualified for a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in unused and complete condition. If the gift is not returned, EcoFlow may deduct the value of the gift from the refund where legally permissible.

9. Multiple EcoCredits

During the campaign, customers earn multiplied EcoCredits on eligible member purchases:

- Standard Members: 2× EcoCredits.
- PLUS Members: 2.5× EcoCredits.

EcoCredits are automatically credited to the customer’s EcoFlow account within 7 days of the completed purchase.

Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email address used to place the order.

If a customer has not registered for an EcoFlow account, they can sign up for a free account to access eligible member benefits.

EcoCredits are subject to the EcoFlow Membership Program Terms & Conditions.

EcoCredits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be revoked or adjusted in cases of refund, return, or cancellation.

If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits may be withdrawn.

General Conditions
- All offers are available only while supplies last.
- If an order is cancelled or returned, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke any associated discount, EcoCredits, or free gift.
- Promotions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be applied retroactively to past purchases.
- Promotional gifts are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
- Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle customers to more than one promotional gift.
- Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed through the EcoFlow online store at www.za.ecoflow.com.
- If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift is also returned.
- All promotional gifts with purchase are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on the website, unless otherwise stated.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final decision on any issue, including but not limited to the eligibility determination, gift distribution, promotion application.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made: contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion, or coupon; not in compliance with the Terms of Use; in violation of applicable law; or where EcoFlow believes the transaction is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
- Certain orders may not be accepted or may be cancelled at EcoFlow’s sole discretion.
- EcoFlow is not responsible for inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions relating to pricing, product information, or availability.
- EcoFlow reserves the final right of interpretation for this Campaign.
- EcoFlow will promote this Campaign via email in compliance with the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
